It turned out to be too strong. Is there a way to properly remove the mod? I don't have a ship yet, the Terrans only have two, the war hasn't started yet (I don't mind if they rebuild them)
Could you please make a version that makes this a separate ship that only a player can use? cause for everyone who will initiate ter-argon war in their save this ship will .. extremely offset the ballance.. to say the least :D

There is no fair and balanced battle in existence. (Also X4 is singleplayer game.) But my next mod includes large numbers of additional turrets and ship specifications tweak for make capital ships costly but powerful, deadly and survivable. Example: Vanilla carrier converted into Battlecarrier. Reduced blind spots on many ships. XL turret for dedicated battleships etc.
This mod pretty much saved the Asgard for me. It makes it an actual deadly weapon in the hands of the AI when you combined it with "Improved Terran L and XL weapons for Asgard" The Ai is able to properly use the Asgard when you give it more turrets and a longer range XL weapon,
You can make reduced turret version compatible to 6.0 by adding some component tags to connections entry. Add "combat" tag to turret connection, and add "standard" tag to shield connection. Remember, Mod development is not a job. Mod user has no rights to enforce mod update to author.
hi! With 6.00Beta Mod broke maybe. Turret Slot L9 to L16 and M4 to M15 can not fill with weapons. I also Build a ship and try to place weapons from other faction, but this also not help.
Hi, great modification, but the main weapon is too strong, please make an option without the main weapon of Asgard, only with turrets. This main weapon is unbalanced. To prevent the Earthlings from using the main laser of Asgard, they destroy the sectors with one ship.
I don't think you'd like how the Asgard would look without the main gun.
Besides, That wouldn't really be related to this mod; that would be strictly a weapon mod. It'd be a really simple mod though. I'm not the author of this mod, but I'll make one to nerf the big gun for you myself. I imagine Egosoft will probably nerf it in the vanilla game before too long, and then I'll change the mod to fix the nerf instead. xD I think what I'll do is make it a just a bit more powerful than the M-class meson stream but let it fire longer.
For the record, that means I'll be making it over 30x less powerful.

Flagships etc look like they were changed to only be Capture or Self Build there's a mod that makes them purchasable but what unforeseen complications that mod might have in the next update I would say just build a simple Capital Yard in Mars or Mercury and assign some haulers to supply it they are pretty cheap to build, and then the cost is just raw components.
use this mod to make the asgard and the syn buyable: https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/644 you'll need to do this manually though by replacing some files in the terran DLC folder, so make a copy of those first, just in case. it does work though and i run this mod myself without any problem. if you use the super asgard (or like the syn mk2), this mod is compatible with it.

Like, 12-24 M turrets instead of current 6, and that's all.
This version contains 44 Medium and 24 Large Turrets.
