Scuffle's Equipment Mods
This mod adds several new equipment mods to the game that are all overpowered. This was inspired by the mod Cheating Ship Mods by ShanoTES. Unlike the inspiration mod, this adds brand new items to the game so should be compatible with any other mods, including that one. Like the inspiration mod, everything here is crafted with a single bandage.
Note on the optional files: One file is a compatibility patch for SW Interworlds and the other is a complete replacement that removes all research requirements for the equipment mods.
Please note that only the main file OR the optional No Research file is needed. The two files are incompatible with each other. The SW Interworlds patch must be applied on top of one of the other two files, ensuring that everything in the patch file replaces its counterpart in the originals.
Available Equipment Mods
Weapon Damage / Surface Element: 1.5x Damage, 2x Cooling, 3x Rotation, 2x Reload, and more.
Mining: 10x Mining, 1.5x Damage, 2x Cooling, 3x Rotation, 2x Reload, and more.
Engine: 3x Travel Thrust, 1.5x Forward Thrust, 0.1x Attack Travel Wait, 0.01x Travel Charge, and more.
Chassis: .1x Mass, 1.5x Max Hull, 1.5x Radar, and increased Capacities.
Research the corresponding level 3 research at the HQ.
Note: I have noticed that sometimes the mods do not unlock when the research completes and have yet to find a root cause. Saving, leaving, and loading will cause the mods to show up. Fixed!
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with any other mods, though I suspect that the periodic issues with unlock have something to do with other installed mods that impact the HQ questlines.
