I've modified the mod to spawn the NPC at any station with a manager's office instead of just Argon Prime so you can now declare war on Argon and hire NPCs elsewhere. I also added a few other features.
With permission from LitauenLitauen, I uploaded my version: Recruitment Service Extended to my nexus page.
Hi, since you put the NPC near argon representative I cannot declare genocide to the argon, my suggestion is to move the representative to PHQ (either in PHQ manager office or near the boron), or better yet make it spawn near every station trader.
I just wanted to let you know that this evening when I first tried to download your Recruitment Service mod Windows Defender Flagged it has having a Trojan and deleted the download.
This is a screenshot of the WIndows Defender Log for it: https://imgur.com/oJaXTKH
I was able to download it after forcing WIndows Defender to ignore it. I did not have this issue downloading your Manager Plus mod.
This might seem like a dumb question but I can't seem to locate the recruitment service in-game. I've looked in the managers offices at argon wharf and argon shipyard. Am I just missing something or is it somewhere else entirely within argon space? I have it enabled in extensions, so I'm not sure what's going on.
It should be in the same station where Argon Representative resides. But not in the Representative's Office, but in the Manager's office. IMPORTANT: If you are using mod Manager Plus - upgrade it to v1.1
In my game I have allowed myself to raise the prices of the pilots to compare them with the prices of those who are now on the docksbays.
I've also fixed your pilots' hairstyle with my mod https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/444?tab=description that is perfectly compatible with yours.
I would like to make a mod like yours (based on your code) but with civilian pilots (civilian clothing) for civilian freighters, if you give me your permission ...
This mod was great until the Split Vendetta update/expansion came out. Now all my Argons have two sets of hair overlapping. I think this has to do with the dynamic face feature you added. I removed the mod and poof - fixed.
Any chance you can update it or are you done with this mod? It would be great to have in the Steam workshop if you can swing it. I will buy you a cup of coffee.
well, it doesnt work for me. every time im buying pilot, and im asked where to assign him, i cant do that as i get msg that there is no free room on ship, which is untrue, i tried it on empty ship
Do you have any thoughts on recoloring the vanilla characters to look a bit more professional as well? Personally I feel that the yellow outfits and the yellow and red helmets need to be muted down to a more neutral gray.
Oh, come on! What's wrong with a station manager wearing her space-helmet in her posh pressurized office? It's provides good head protection when she doze off at the desk!

Just thought you might like to know about it.
Thanks for making cool mods!
Thanks in advance.
