Hey there man, love your ships of course! now another of the same questions already posted.. can you upload just the required file for the ship to appear only on split docks?
i understand some people dont have split dlc and this mod is for them as it is, but for those that have, having the wolf in the correct faction would be best. if its not much bother, both uploades would suit both people's request. or just the moddified file for it to show on split docks
I'm just wondering if you could move the ship to split docks, it feels kind of weird it showing up at argon docks. I use all of your ship mods, and in doing so, you kind of have argon docks stacked in such a way it would feel impractical to not be allied with them
Every time I load a saved game, this new ship appears next to me (without a pilot). There are about 20 of them drifting in space already. So it should be or it is a conflict with some other mod?
It never worked for me so I forgot to delete it but inside the wolf folder is a "md" folder. Delete it, that should fix your issue. I'll upload a fixed version as soon as I get home.
With your permission modify the shield of the wolf that was turned around ... In the directory: assets \ units \ size_s In the wolf.xml file modify the lines:
I actually already got a version with new shields. The ship is supposed to have two. I haven't uploaded it yet because I need to do some changes to the model for them to fit in properly. Also I was pretty busy with my M ship ^^

sadly not. ramming in X4 works mostly like a rubber ball with almost no dmg :D but well, maybe in the future the split can reinforce their spikes and go for the kill by impaling :D
This should be able to help your ramming situation. However, please note that the mod increases all ramming damage, both inflicted and received, therefore attempting to ram a larger target in a small ship might not be such a good idea, if you know what i'm saying
Also, is this another ship from XRebirth? Aside from the engines that don't quite fit with the frame, everything else looks good.
Im aware of that mod but it does not allow me to design a ship made for ramming kills :(
No. This is actually modelled by me. I cut out parts from the split raptor, scaled them down and rearranged them to get a rough shape. Then I added some modelling myself and used the discoverer for the parts that can not be created. So it's partly kitbashed and partly self made. I think I put enough work in to call it my own ship and not a simple remix :)
Brummer, firstly, great work. Secondly, could you please post a youtube tutorial on 'how' you made the ship, i.e. what program(s) you used (Blender, 3DMax, etc.) and what files you edited? I would like to follow in your footsteps and try to make a ship myself. Please let me know and thank you in advance!
im actually working on this tutorial. but i got a tooth removed and caught a feaver. was not ready for combat for about a week now and writing that tutorial actually requiresa lot of thinking. and i wanna keep working on my models. i hope i can get back to the tutorial this week.
