Nice little mod. This could have been done by the devs. As the lore goes, all Teladi are female. The males don't exist anymore. Still they refer the one another with male titles, and additionally it is not well known throughout the planets. The X Universe novels by Helge Kautz are a very good reference for that.
Probably not any time soon. it's more complicated than this mod because the model and maybe other stuff would have to be changed, and my energy for work-like hobbies is limited as I suffer from chronic pain. I do hope to possibly get deeper into modding X4 after an upcoming surgery that might help me out a bunch, but for now it'll be slow going for me to do anything else.
