   Thanks for the mod. I wonder if it is possible to only speed up strafing.

      I did it myself, you can go to:
      Steam > steamapps > common > X4 Foundations > extensions > increase_first_person_speed > libraries
      
      There you'll find a "parameters.xml" and you can change what you want.
      
      You can use Notepad++ or a simple text editor.
      
      You have all the references inside.
      
      For what you need, replace the line 12 by "<replace sel="//playerfirstperson/speed/@forward">4</replace>"

   Do you think you can also remove the delay/root after saying "goodbye" to someone in a dialogue?

      I did a quick look for it, but am not sure where that is found. It might be in a lua file, but there's no good support for modding those right now.

   Hey there, went to try your mod out but the content.xml was preventing the game from launching. Had to remove your description for it to work, look at the content.xml on improvedrepairlaser for example, not sure if it was because you didn't put the text language lines or because the way you wrote the description?

      I'm not sure what could be wrong, but I'll ask over on the egosoft forum to see if anyone has an idea.
      
      Edit: v1.01 is up and fills out the language nodes. I couldn't reproduce the problem, though, so I am not sure this will fix it.
