This is a very simple mod that allows station build storage to be destroyed.

WARNING
I've removed the files for this mod. Making the build storage destructible will cause issues for your stations if your station build storage is destroyed. So until a fix can be determined, you should not use this mod. We will have to wait for the modding community to come up with a solution or for the devs to fix this.
Please remove this mod if you have it installed ASAP to avoid bugged stations!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry for the issue. This mod was copied from another mod and that developer found out recently this change can cause bugged stations and game crashes if this mod is used, but only if your station build storage is destroyed. If you remove the mod before your build storage is destroyed you shouldn't have any issues.
Also, if you have a bugged station (one without a build storage) you can just destroy the station with ships or let it be destroyed and your save will be OK. Just don't try and edit the build or view the logical overview for that station or your game will probably crash.
There are also ways to edit a save to remove the problem station. I can help if necessary.
Currently the build storage of a station is indestructible. This causes major issues in Xenon sectors when their stations are destroyed. The build storage stays behind and becomes a major focus for all AI ships who try to attack and destroy the build storage. The AI becomes stuck in a loop trying to kill the indestructible build storage while ignoring most other commands.
This mod simply changes station build storage so it isn't indestructible anymore.
Credit to the Foundation of Conquest and War V. 1.25 mod for this fix. I just copied this one change from their mod since I didn't want all the other changes their mod was doing.

Extract the RAR file to your Extensions folder for X4. This folder is located in your documents folder under Egosoft>X4><userid>. You can create the folder if it isn't there yet. Just name it "extensions" and extract these files there.
