About this mod
This mod replaces most vanilla ship icons with the "modernized" X3 ones. Thats all for the introduction, now go scroll down a bit more.
- Permissions and credits
Because X4 adds more ship types and removes the interceptor type i had to get a bit creative with the following:
1. Battleship icon is a carrier icon with a small circle added on both bottom corners
2. The scout icon has 2 small squares so you can actually see where its facing
3. S trader/miner icons are shorter M trader/miner icons with 1 line instead of 3
4. L trader/miner icons are builder icons with 2 big middle squares and 2 lines seperating the base rectangle (the one at the bottom)
5. Resupplier icon is a builder icon without the middle rectangles and with a wrench on each side
6. The triangle with one bottom rectangle signified an interceptor in X3, however X4 doesn't have interceptors so that icon signifies fighters instead.
And thats it for now. Might update if i or someone else thinks he/she/it can barely see the difference between 3 eggs or 2 pills.
And now, good luck and have fun (And i somehow get more nostalgia from seeing a red corvette icon than from anything else. Probably cuz of the Xenon P-s i killed in X3 lol)
