not sure 100%, but I think this mod will cause xenon faction can't build their new minning ship SE (need terran material), and all xenon will end up run out of resouce no longer build new ships.
Maybe dumb question, but do you need to have Timelines for this or just be on version 7.x? My version is up to date, but I had no intention of buying Timelines.
Sorry to say this, the blueprints for the ships will be unlocked after the installation of the mod and THEN doing the research. If your research is done before you installed this mod, then it doesnt work.
In your case as workaround is to use the Cheat Menu by the author Issue0. There you can "Add Blueprints" to get ALL blueprints (also for buildings, every weapon). This should prefered if your game has the most blueprints of all factions. Another way is to remove the research in Cheat Menu, then research every options again. To speed up this process, its recommended to use Cheat Menu also again to fill your storages and SETA.
If you want to be heavy mod-free from Cheat Menu, then only new game works.
I added this in response to the mechanic by which ship elements are destroyed when claimed via marine pod. Even acquiring new, never-before-acquired xenon ships, the research doesn't appear.
You have atleast destroy 1 Xenon H and gather their loot. Then it's possible but randomly to unlock the research by acquiring abandoned Xenon ships. It's tested by myself. The safest route is to destroy Xenon H like 2-3 of them. There are atleast 10 Xenon H around Xenon spaces at start of new game. Otherwise use the mod 'DynamicWar' (DeadAirRT) and check if some L-class ships alive (Go to extensions->DynamicWar->MilitaryShips)
There are job for the Khaak Obi ship, but it's random if it spawns. Can't say for sure when the job is executed. Only 1 ship will be flying around in sector when the job is executed.
I will try to learn to mod some stuff at basic level that i can work on XML files to adjust some values, like increasing the spawn rate. But it takes time to do this.
I'm confused, I got the Xenon H available after the plot, and F too, and no blueprint research came through. I tried to spawn an H with a cheat code, but it spawned unequiped. I destryed two Hs, but still no xen research unlocked at HQ. What can I do? I don't really mind the MO, but I'd like to have an H fully kitted
In my case if you capture/board like Xenon B (lost ship to get for free) at Antigone Memorial, it unlocks the research 'Xenon Special Equipment'. After finishing this research, u get the blueprint.
But it seems random with capturing ships.
What works for 100% is to kill 2-3 Xenon H and then it unlocks.

Cheat menu is known to touch things, it isn't supposed to touch, resulting in broken storylines and AI
