Mod matches original description at the link except the Transponder Cloaking Device ceased functioning during cradle of humanity. My friend helped me remedy this. All other credit goes to iforgotmysocks.

Two new pirate gamestarts with some special features, SCA relations unlocked, SCA Shipyard and Wharf, Player research complete and modifications unlocked without the need to run the hq plot, better behaving SCA towards the player and the player can utilize SCA's faction cloak technology on his own or start with a Pirate base of his own.
Unfortunately currently in this updated version only 'Pirate Life' start is available. Outcast may be modified later.
