    No update is needed for SWI 0.85 as it didn't add any sectors

    Does this work with current, or any version beyond 8.0, or would it need an update?  Does not seem to be working with version .82  as after about 30 in game hours no neutral sectors have flipped yet.  Thank you for this mod, btw !
