Are there any compatibility issues with any other mods ? As I am not seeing the option in the comm dialogue, but my personal ship will jump away fine.
Is there a way to set it to default be on ?

hmm, apparently the dialogue option is hidden behind another dialogue option "hand me your inventory" no idea what mod Ive got that adds that one, but once I do that, then the emergency jump option will appear
I wish so much that a more skilled coder as you are would write a not cheaty jump mod. I've tried several ways, nothing works and if works it gives tons of errors. After days of scripts for nothing, I give up. Just a jump for XL ships that have to cross a gate (not accelerators) and have a max range of say 2-3 gates...please :)
p.s. the other jump mods here in the nexus are bugged too, they give lot of errors as my mod does and burden the engine even if working, resulting in somethin like -70% *_*
Wish the AI did it too... Seeing a chad Xenon I come and destroy your station and warp away as you hammer it would add a nice terror factor. Can you make a version of it so that every L and XL ships can have a chance to warp away? You can add condition that if engines are destroyed they can't jump like in X rebirth which had a jump module.
Hm, that's an idea. I haven't played any of the series prior to X4. As long as there's some way to stop an AI ship from jumping and destroying the engines sounds reasonable. I still imagine if I did this the next request is going to be to add an option menu to disable it :D I might just do both.
its not , because in vanilla games xenons are op already there is 1 or 2 K already enough to kill a whole sector. a jump out of range would be ok, so it still can be chansed yes. but on a random point somewhere in the same secotr mostly out of radar range is just to op
Yes, it's technically possible. I can imagine people getting ticked off if they are fighting AI and the ship they were fighting jumps away though so probably not a good idea.
Sorry for the off-topic comment, but I see these images at all of your mods... I'm just curious: where exactly do you get these elderly people for your mod images? Own work? AI generated? Secretly sourced? Because these look very good. If it's a publicly available AI generator for example, it would be good to know it...

I'm just curious: where exactly do you get these elderly people for your mod images? Own work? AI generated? Secretly sourced?
