    love this mod, makes the behemoth, well, a destroyer. hope it's still being maintained and will be updated to version 6 since it seems egosoft borked all ship mods with this release. thank you in advance.

    That really makes Behemoth combat worthy with VRO mod. Can u add turrets for Colossus? it has such a nice amount of flat place, 24 L-turrets would fit nicely there. 4 on each side of its 6 pylons. And some medium turrets for point defence.

    You do realize that you've got a single shield generator covering eight large turrets, right? And another one covering TWELVE medium turrets.

    Need to add more shield generators to these groupings.

    How about the Argon Carrier next? That should be pretty impressive fire power wise considering how big and cool it is!

      I was but I kinda didn't like the design, Im currently working on a paranoid carrier, I want to stretch it a bit so its not so chubby first though.

      Hows the Paranid Carrier coming along?

      I watched video on the other XL ships, Paranid Carrier is pretty sweet! Lots of room for turrets :) The Paranid Destroyer has one M sized dock, lucky bastards lol but it's ugly, but with a bunch of turrets added to it, it may look pretty cool if you can figure out how to add turrets on its curved surface areas. Have you seen this:

      As you probably noticed I really like thee idea of a M dock (just 1) on a destroyer :) I may break down and get a Paranid Destroyer.

      HOLY SWEET JESUS, I think that ship is way better than anything I could come up with. And the Paranid carrier is coming along terrible, can't get the .dae to .xml file conversion to work properly cause im not smart enough :(.

    There is no top middle turret targeting panel so I can't change turret priorities so I have to wait when enemy will hit my ship. Any solution?

      The game currently has not implemented turret options for capital ships yet (dont ask me why). When you say only the middle one is not working does that mean the turret options for the other ones are working? None of them should work at all, BUT if they do I am curious because nobody has ever gotten any capital ship turrets to work properly.

      Can't check other capitals cause don't have them. Didn't know about "turrets don't work on capitals properly at all" problem. So when I finally got Behemoth and there was no turret panel, my first thought was that it's some sort of conflict with mod and game.

      I believe they literally just added that with 1.50 Beta 2 just released, or so I read, haven't installed it yet.

      EDIT: Yes they do :) They are not on the HUD (Thankfully) but in the ship management/action button area where you set up primary/secondary weapons at. Though it may be limited to 11 turret groups as I had 14 and it only gave me 11 that I could set, remade my groups down to 11 and all is well now.

    My next plans are to edit the 3d model of this ship and extend the front out to be longer so it would look like a true battleship because right know it looks like it just got chopped off of what used to be a larger ship. But as of right now I have no idea how to do this, I have Blender editor but am having trouble converting the XMF files into it for me to edit :(.

      Plz don't. It's just a destroyer, and a tiny one at that. The destroyers in eve are at least 40% to a full half bigger than this. It would take a helluva lot of stretching to make this even start looking like a battleship. Don't get me started on the paranid one, i just wonder why they didn't try to make it even smaller... Perhaps the teladi carrier is big enough to be converted into a battleship. Too bad it's mushroom shaped.

      Your best bet would be to try to do what the other ppl working on projects like this are doing, and that's to import ships from ReBirth (like the Arawn) and give them cockpits for this game. Olmekron and Fulmekron for example. Actual battleships from the previous game. Hell, even the Titurel would make a more convincing battleship, being at least twice as long as the Behemoth is (fun fact, Titurel and his slightly smaller twin, the Taranis are actually classified as destroyers, so... yea). Anyway, hope this info helps.

      Good idea expanding it's length! You are right, it looks like it was chopped in half! That should give you room for a M class dock!! Could you try and add that? Just one so I can dock my main, much loved M class ship! Maybe with 1 (or 4) internal storage as well :)

      @SeptimusRaven You should not tell a modder not to mod what he wants. If you don't like it, don't download it, It's that simple.

      Yeah I would love to do edit the 3d model and make it bigger if I could only figure out how to use the "conversion tool" but so far been trying for a couple days now and no success :(. The thing wont even start for some reason

      If I can't figure this out my next best bet would be to just wait for the devs to release another ship that already has a medium dock and then just brute force edit the turret files if the ship is cool enough looking ;). (since I cant seem to get the 3d editor tool to run)

    Need this done for all destroyers if you would be so kind.
    They all just lack any real firepower... they are all also very easy to destroy from getting in close behind, maybe give each one a couple of small turrets that cover the rear engines.

      I was going to do this to another ship but the only way I could do it at the moment is to brute force it, meaning I make a change to the files, reload the game to see the turrets position and how much I need to adjust it. I am currently trying to figure out how to use the "conversion tool" so that I could edit these in a 3d editor which would make things a lot easier but so far no hope :(
