    How do you talk with a hostile station manager to bribe them to not be hostile anymore?

      Are you supposed to right click the ??? bit in the 4th image?  If so, no joy, also tried every other click I can and still no joy getting the comm option.  If there a key press involved in some way?

      Edit: Ok, just need to fly close enough first.  Also it only boosted faction rep, it didn't fix the issue with the hostile station itself.
