changes crew capacity of arg courier vanguard to 5000, hp to 2million

Warning: this is a extremely unbalanced cheat mod created in order to test ship boarding gameplay
Save compatible(add&removal)
Very simple mod, works in 5.10 and should work in all game versions
Please remove all the crew aboard the Courier Vanguard before uninstalling to avoid error
Installation:
unpack and move mod folder into extensions folder under game directory
Features:
*changes the crew capacity of the argon small container ship Courier Vanguard to 5000(5001 with pilot)
*increases the hull of Courier Vanguard to 2,200,000
change 5000 in the XML file in the mod folder to alter crew size, or change 2200000 to alter hull points.

*信使先锋型船体加到2200000
修改mod文件夹里XML文件的数值5000，2200000来改变人数和船体值
