Don't know why you got slow motion issue cause it never happen to me Maybe it performance issue cause reshade affect to your gpu performance how often it happen did you got low fps too?
go to C:\Users\xxx\Documents\WWE2K22 open config.ini change this line from 1 to 0 use_action_camera = 0 save exit and done !! no more slow motion gameplay
