   Hi, how are you? When I add the file to Saber, it doesn’t work in the game. What’s the problem? 
   Only this file, which is the document, worked.

      Hello!
      
      I'm a little confused by what you said. What exactly do you mean by "I add the file to Saber"? If you are using EPIC version, the "Saber" folder is not the final one, Saber > WWZ > client > storage > ((YOUR ID))
      
      I'm also confused by "Only this file, which is the document, worked", so, it worked? I tested different save variations with this file, and even a completely new account, level 0, with this file is working.
      
      If possible, explain to me better what is happening, which platform you are using and where you placed the files.
