Well i asked through a supportticket and i got this awnser

I guess its up to everyone to define whats gives an advantage or not and everyone have different angles on things. Generally i say it doesnt give to much of advantage so i guess its safe. Great mod, love it!
I'm up in the air on this one. Though I consider players running around in game and just ramming people a form of cheat. Never seen that in the field in all my years of service.
For me its a cheat, nobody can have a view from the top like that, so its an unfair advantage. You can think, for example, that aimbot is cool, even with only a small effect on one's aim, but it amounts to unfair advantage and, therefore, should not be used. Its my judgement, i urge you to do the same.
I have a question regarding the Balmung crosshair , i love it , using it , but i have a problem.After i reinstalled my game the sniper reticle changed, i used to have a green dot in sniper mode and now is gone, tried every combinations in sniper options in the game but the grren dot options is not there anymore. I love the balmung beta crosshair and i want my sniper green dot back. Any help would be great.

Delete the control_modes.pyc file in scripts, for deactivating the serverside crosshair.
I love the balmung beta crosshair and i want my sniper green dot back.
Any help would be great.
