An anime style skin based on Parsee Mizuhashi from the Touhou Project.

Yay lore:
The underground Former Hell forces of Gensokyo held the all important task of holding the line to keep the nuclear fusion reactor active for Kappa production facilities on the top side. With the expansive and claustrophobic cave system, tank destroyers were the preferred fighting vehicle. The ARL V39 of the Oni Works production facility were the main unit for the Former Hell defense at the beginning of the conflict and continued to serve the entire length of it thanks to a hull that could equip better and better main guns as they were produced.

All Former Hell ARL units painted a specific design on their track covers to better distinguish which unit one belonged to in battle. Hull number 112 belonged to 3rd Company, 2nd Tank Destroyer Brigade "Bridge Princesses." It went through two fairy crews, and was knocked out and repaired three times. Not many care about the first crew due to fairy nature of resurrection.

Extract the file to your World_of_Tanks/res_mods/*game version* folder.
