Rebalncing difficulty and gameplay aspects for better entertainment from gamplay

So here are the changes:
Difficulty:
EASY
Vanilla: HP 60%, Enemy DMG 60%, XP 100%, Item Drop Amount 100%, Item Drop Rarity 100%
Rebalanced: Enemey HP 100%, Enemy DMG 50%, XP 100%, Item Drop Amount 100%, Item Drop Rarity 100%
NORMAL
Vanilla: HP 100%, Enemy DMG 100%, XP 100%, Item Drop Amount 100%, Item Drop Rarity 100%
Rebalanced: Enemey HP 300%, Enemy DMG 100%, XP 200%, Item Drop Amount 200%, Item Drop Rarity 200%
Ascendant Aspacts skills:
2 basic skills have reduced cost to small numbers to make them usefull as the common attack moves
3 main skills are much more expensive but with greater power too
the cooldowns, dmg multypliers and area range effects were rebalnce for alll of them.
All types of items rank Yellow and higher can have sockets, that means "hand, feet and shoulder" can have sockets now too.
Plus the unique items can have sockets too and have always max possible amount of them based of the item type. Socket chance multyplier x2
You can now get nearly all skill upgrades for each of the active skills
you wil get 1 skillpoint for lvls: 5,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28,30,32,35,37,39,41,43,45,46,47,48,49,50 (total 25 SkillPoints)

Min value is same as vanilla, Max value get 5x multiplier - you still need big magic find boost to get top numbers in 50% of your gold loot but its still much less grinding in endgame part of the game.
