Probably this is side effect of good HDR on your game but your Witcher 3 videos has really clean image quality I only saw something like this in IronmanToday's channel since he have also a great HDR OLED monitor shouldn't be coincidence I guess.
thank you. i'm no expert by any means but what i see will be different from what others see. i could have really crappy HDR monitor but someone who has an excellent one will enjoy the HDR goodness. i just followed a guide on youtube on how to set up OBS for HDR recording and voila. also followed tips on HDR settings on the game menu.
