New Sword Effects

Reworked Instant Kill: when triggered, "Instant Kill" does quadruple damage to Instant Kill Immune foes (kills, if no immune). Life Leech effect added to the game. "Dismemberment chance" sword effect allows you to dismember a low health enemy.
