Bringing the girl home and giving life to this place would be a great solution. Three beds for 3 people, a stall for a couple of horses, 4 pens for animals, two sheep, two goats, a couple of geese and chickens. And also the restoration of the Lofoten with its working bathhouse after quests uuuuuuuuuuuuuu! Hope everything is all right.
Hi! love these mods, it gives the game more needed immersion
Can you do something similar to the distillery on Skellige, after finishing Gremist's quest and obtaining the skellige spirit, it just sits empty even though you killed the cyclops hunting the place. Thanks
Hey thank you for the mod! Its great to have the manor be dynamically restored back to its former glory, loving these restorations you are doing, they are fantastic!
I know you've already settled on adding back in the daughter, but I was wondering if you'd consider an alternative as an optional file?
The estate would make a great player home similar to Corvo Bianco, and while there would be no story reasons to obtain it, it would make an interesting base outside of Toussaunt all the same, and could be achieved (I think) by placing some of the interactable furnishings from Corvo Bianco inside, such as the bed and bookshelf. Just an idea!
1- Setting up a new community for Garin Estate (which maybe will come out tonight). Garin's daughter has survived Olgierd and will now live in the Estate, with her maid, after the carpenters are done repairing the mansion. NPCs will each have a complex routine.
2- Working on a new mod for Kaer Morhen, which, contrary to the last one, will restore Kaer Morhen's basement and upper floor as they looked like in Witcher 1. This mod will also leave the fortress in its vanilla form and players will be able to deploy this mod from the start of the game on. I still have to figure out some details, though. Mainly, I feel uncomfortable to render the upper floor in the exact state in which it's found in Witcher 1, because of some structural inconsistencies (mostly regarding the outside light penetrating through the holes in the ceiling and walls while the castle is embedded in the mountain, in the original game).
3- A few smaller mods in which I will restore and expand some ruined buildings all over the world.
4- Another vast project is also taking form in my mind. I think that the next very big project that I will be working on, will be a vast upgrade of Beauclair's Palace. The building, in its current shape, in basically an empty shell, but I plan on making every locked doors openable so the players could visit the whole palace's interior at any moment in the game. This mod would also add various new NPCs. I'm open to users ideas, regarding the latter mod.
Ad. 2. This is very needed mod and great idea. All I want to add, is to ask to make basement smaller (I mean high and with of corridors and chambers).
Ad.3. Well, there is a lot of such places. Can't wait for next... Olgierd's Mansion dynamic restore?
Ad.4. This will be breathtaker, I'm sure. And can be accesible from beginning... Just a few my thoughts... To complete palace interior it should be an armory with grandmaster smith and armorer, obligatory tailor and chef of the kitchen... Mayby restore the wine keeper? Herbalist... A lot of NPC with very wide set of exclusive goods to sell (it's palace in peaceful and rich kingdom). A painter! What about a painter from Mandragora soiree, he wanted Henrietta posing nude? It could be interesting to see that... ;-) Well, princess bedroom, to take some... you know... rest. ;-)
BTW, the same is with Eternal Fire cathedral in Novigrad - it's empty shell.
2 and 4 are the most attractive points for ideas that I support the most. If it is possible in point 2 for Kaer Morhen to restore the corridor that is crowded, I know there is such a mod but it is better if it is united, because there are many ideas, many mods, I am already people :) for point 4. the idea is really great to be able to walk around the whole palace in a Beauclair palace. We look forward to it. words are spoken quickly, work is slow done...
Well, it would be very easy for me to make new NPCs spawn after the workers departure. How about I would bring back Garin's daughter into the mansion, alongside with a young nobleman that would act as her fiancé? I could set up routines for them.
Zatsyne, I'm not sure this is a good idea for Priscilla, if the other quests for her aren't done before the Garin Estate repairs, she'll be in 2 places at once.

I can't wait for next one.
What are you working at now?
