'Killing Spree', 'Delayed Recovery', 'Side Effects', 'Tissue transmutation', 'Crippling Strikes': factors that depend on the skill level have been moved to local scripts for ease of maintenance. It will also be more convenient for users to change these values if they do not agree with the default values.

Another change to describe the Side Effect. I had the duration of all potions modified a long time ago - and I simply forgot that in the original they all had different durations. The description no longer provides information about the duration of one potion I randomly choose, but instead says it is equal to the duration of the corresponding base potion, +% depending on skill level.
The 'modAkatoshkaSSkills_Transmutation' folder has been renamed to 'modAkatoshkaSSkills_TissueTransmutation'. Why the hell didn't anyone point out to me that I named the skill incorrectly?

The format for displaying the duration of effects in the 'Side Effect' skill has been changed: now seconds (if any) are displayed separately from minutes, instead of displaying the remainder of a non-whole minute as a decimal fraction.
