      Hey. I downloaded this mod on 1st Jan 2023 & i see that this is working for me. I can spawn items using console commands & equip them & use them properly. Hope you are able to enjoy this too. Only thing is that i wanted these items to be pickable from corpses/loot/chests which would make it much more immersive.

   ich kann nichts vom Händler kaufen. Da steht nicht genug Münzen obwohl ich über eine milliarde habe und die Debugkonsole geht auch nicht.

      You can get caretakers weapon without any mods just loot it off the corpse

   This mod is very immersive and makes perfect sense for you to hang the trophies of the dead enemies of Wild Hunt. Unfortunately for some strange reason the animations of the Wild Hunt warriors (axe, hammer, spear and halberd) do not work and make them stand still. I uninstalled the game until I finally found out that the problem was this mod. I recommend using it after defeating the Wild Hunt.
