Makes alt Axii and Yrden practically usable compared to vanilla
Changes stamina cost of alt Axii/Yrden/Aard to be the same as normal cast (compatible with Rage Management skill cast and Griffin set free cast)
Quen and Igni not changed
May be not compatible with some mods
