      it should work if you have NG 4.04 version of the game. just run script merger.

    I installed the mod and loaded up the game. It showed 0/9999999 despite me having around 100 weight. Is this normal?

      yes. i've decided to make it always 0 weight because it looks cool ;3 don't be afraid if you disable mod your weight will go back to normal at any time you want. it doesn't really matter if you have 2000+/9999999 for example or 0/9999999 it's still less than 0.1% difference but "0" makes it more perfect looking.

      should be 1 click install with mod manager...or you can put it in "Mods" folder manually should be like this:
      "The Witcher 3\Mods\modCarryWeight\content"
