You got scammed by main screenshot of Over 9000 mod and every time you open your inventory you don't see satisfying numbers ??? Here is my solution: sets Max Encumbrance to 999999 (Main File) and also Current Encumbrance always to 0. Other Versions in Optional files: 999 ; 9999 ; 99999 and MAX 9999999.
