You got scammed by main screenshot of this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3 and every time you open your inventory you don't see satisfying numbers ??? here is my solution with many options.

There are 4 Versions : 999 ; 9999 ; 99999 ; 999999 and each come in 2 Variants depending if you using "Strong Back".

This mod recalculates Carry Weight(CW) if using best saddlebags "Beauclair saddlebags" with 110 CW to get 999(9)(9)(9)
MAX CW without potion in game is 170 and 230 if using "Strong Back". 

so this mod changes default CW to 999(9)(9)(9) - 110 [Variant 1] or to 999(9)(9)(9) - 170 [Variant 2]. basically in all Versions CW value of Variant 2 is always 60 lower than Variant 1 to compensate the perk. You prob always wanna use Variant 1 to save extra skill slot because "Strong Back" perk is useless with unlimited CW...but i created Variant 2 if you using some imbalanced mod like "Perks always active" https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7156 and still wanna have perfect numbers.

if you wanna get this pretty numbers early without going to 'Blood and Wine' DLC use console: additem('Toussaint horsebag')

changes only geralt_stats.xml for both abilities and abilities_plus. all Versions and Variants tested in NG+.

Update: Added MAX version 9999999. it's MAX because after that game starts rounding numbers etc 99999999 = 100000000 = 1.0e^8 and there are some visual string overflow problems. it's the same with money so basically 9999999 is CAP.
