Game started with premade by CDP-R witcher 2 decisions. Finished White Orchard prologue and Baron's quests.
Not started Keira and Gwent quests. Geralt is 11 lvl signs based witcher in basic Griffin school set with enough money for clearing potion (you can buy in Novigrad or from Keira Metz). Unlocked almost all known places of power so you will have about 22-23 skill points. A lot of green and blue mutagens.
