Bro this mod is EXACTLY what I've been looking for

    IT'S PERFECT

It's like a perfect combination of "The Mutant" and "Geralt's Face Improved" mods

    I LOVE IT

Yup, ear damaged by crossbow belt. According to Milva his ear was almost completly torn off

He lost it in Caed Myrkvid during events of Tower of Swallows. And i've never seen any mod including this damage. I'd absolutely love it, if someone would do it

Tbh, that'something that, considering the lore of the setting, would have almost surely been fixed by magic; now, standard scars are something that Geralt would hardly care about, but a whole missing ear would be impratical, to say the least.
Considering that our witcher has definitely access to powerful curative magic (Yen, Triss..), and that to regenerate an ear in the world of The Witcher should be relatively easy, I'm pretty sure that that particular wound has been dealt with, by the time of his return to the world.
His "future" appearance in Season of Storms seems to confirm this theory, since Nimue, as far as I can remember, didn't notice any missing ear in her savior...

Was there a moment when Nimue met Geralt? Everything is arranged as if it is a fantasy or a dream, which looks more like the author's appeal to readers.

I wasn't a dream, although Geralt tried his best to make it so that she believed that... there was proof that the whole fact was real, such as the serial number of the beast Geralt hunted (something that Nimue couldn't have known and had no meaning for her... it was one of the remaining experiments of the mages at Rissberg Castle, the last one, to be precise)

Alxmachine, while healing wound is certainly not a problem in this universe, regrowing a limb or body part (ear here) definetly is not that easy, even regrowing something as small as an eye is very difficult and is rarely achieved. Vilgefortz regrowing his eye was made pretty clear that it was not a common thing for this kind of surgery 1. to occur and 2. to be succesful. CDPR Lore even goes step further providing witchers who lost limbs with prosthetics; there is even a blind witcher who has to use advanced Suppire sign at all times to function like a normal person.

Edit: And aside from that even magically healed wound would still leave scars. Good example is Triss who had her chest horribly scarred after battle of Sodden even tho she was treated with magic.

Edit 2: Also i've seen that author called human-like eyes "Lore-friendly" this is actually not true, as at least in original polish version of Sword of Destiny Geralt is described to have dark cat-like eyes. And note for those saying Geralt shouldn't have scars on his face, in the Grain of Truth he got slashed through the face by Vereena - I've always identified that iconic game scar with that incident idk about you guys.

that mod already has a 4k version , Regarding the white eyebrows, I don't see it necessary to make a version of the original mod in white eyebrows (since it is not within my vision of Geralt, plus I don't have time XD), but you are free to unzip the mod and edit it so that it has eyebrows white, it's not very difficult, you just need paint and a couple of tools, you can ask about them in the wolven workshop discord channel.

      in short NO.

In addition to what other people are saying, would it be possible to create an optional file that includes vanilla scars but more healed so they aren't so red and fresh looking? And also can you possibly make the eyebrows are tiny bit more grey? I know it's a lot but it would escalate this mod just that much further. Thank you so much!

Honestly, I don't think I'll make any more changes to the mod, but if you're looking for something with scars, this is the original mod.https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/4966?tab=files

Maybe try "Total Loss of Pigmentation". It's based on the books and has the healed scars and grey eyebrows you're looking for.

https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/4966?tab=files  Honestly, I don't think I'll do it. I have other projects in the kitchen and I can't dedicate time to this one, but you may find what you're looking for in the original mod.

The Blood in the face effect looks very cool, wonder if it would be possible to have this activated during fight scenes automatically and deactivated after 40 seconds maybe.

    Anyway, good stuff

As far as I know, this is not possible. But I agree, it would be great. If I knew how to do it, I would definitely try it.
      Thanks for the feedback.

It may be that you activate it with the modular eyes mod, replacing the toxin mask with the bloody mask and that when it enters combat the alternative eyes are activated so that it activates the toxic mask (which will be the bloody one) but you would lose the toxic mask

If you look in the "files" section, you will understand that this is a independent mod.

Yes, I put it as an independent file for more convenience when making different combinations. eyes are also separate for the same reason.
