Nevermind... it's as if the Chinese font doesn't have the Latin glyphs... not a lot I can do about it except translating the mod, which I am not qualified to do.

Congrats on this release, Imho respec should be free from the start of the game. Absolutely game changing, no more "wrong" skilling and freedom to play just the way you like.

Unlearn an ability and get the points back
Some tip, you should duplicate "en.w3strings" into all 17 languages, otherwise it will show blank text for others languages.
