haven't use that mod yet, but from what I see draiamond uses a different model for the shirt therefore different textures so its likely not going to work with this one.
Does you mod only content mesh and texture files? And no w2ent, xml or anything else? If it's yes then no, you can safely put "Next Gen Compatible" tag to your mod.
Geralt Face Improved - use the 4K upscaled note: the face more pale than the body I think the author never fixed that, just fyi for shirtless scenes but its barely noticeable.

you can use console commads - additem("Geralt Shirt") or additem("Geralt Shirt No Knife")
Just telling you so they won't have problem on the 4.04 version.

use the head mesh in this mod- blaviken head mesh:
DLC 2 Improved - use the Long with headband for base
Mix Hairstyles - use the halfwithtail
Netflix Season 2 Hair - I'm using the default but you can also use the optional reinald hair
