Doesn't work. I get no errors, games starts up fine, the compiler was successful, but there's no change in the game. Yes I do have Fleet footed and whatever the other one was called. I even un-equipped and re-equipped, to no avail.
Just find this line in r4Player.ws file (25% mod version) FastAtkSpdMultID = SetAnimationSpeedMultiplier(1 + GetSkillLevel(S_Sword_s21) * 0.05, FastAtkSpdMultID); and change 0.05 to 0.3
