Love this mod for the aesthetic quality of having cute little beehives in the garden but I can't seem to interact with the chest. The hives can be looted normally, but the chest does not seem to open at all. I've tried waiting a week, meditating, reloading the save but no change. I have Witcher's Lair mod and wonder if there is some conflict although no problems are shown in script merger and I don't see how this would conflict anyways.
But even if I can't get it to fully work, I still like the look of the hives and the idea is so lore friendly and unique!
The honey will stay there for a really short time then be sold. So you have to be lucky to loot them at a good timing. And the combs shouldn't be looted if honey is wanted to be made.
I did not loot the beehives, only clicked on one to see if the popup for it worked (which it does). It seemed odd that the honey chest wasn't interacting at all though, as there isn't even a prompt popping up for it. I'll keep an eye on it but either way, still enjoying it for its aesthetic quality more than anything. Thanks again!
Yes, when the chest is empty it'll be un-interactable. You can test this by meditating near the chest, not too long time, better 2-3 hours each time, you will see the honey.
Really cool idea. I like your CB mods (even tho I'm not there yet in my current playthrough). Simple immersive things like this are what really adds to the atmosphere of the game.
