Hi dear Benis! Can you make this mod compatible with next gen darker nights? when you look at the sun it will show two horizontal lines. Thanks

Am I the only one that seems to be having an issue with this not working? It seems whenever I have it installed, ALL shadows are just gone from the game (not all but really NOTICEABLE on like tree/mountain shadows compared to vanilla). This is on a fresh install of the game WITH JUST this mod installed.

Or is that the intended look?

    This Mod:

I think it's the intended look if you're using the mod on DX11.

Hello, i think you're not using dx12 version of the game (no raytracing) while the mod is inteded for RT.
See below, some uy made comparison piucs of dx11, and it looks like yours, while the creator posted comparison of the DX12 rt Version, and it looks much better.

Unfortunately this game's graphics were butchered in the console downgrade, and the RT nextgen update is not really well optimized.

Yes but a Non RT version should be possible right?

possible yea. but you would have to rebalance the lighting with some mod, reshade or something.

Top is vanilla, Bottom is benis. it's clear Vanilla on dx12 W/ RT is 1000x better than this mod.

To each their own i guess. For me personally these light green grass reflections on water look too bright and out of place. If someone prefers more gritty version like in killing monsters trailer then the bottom screenshot seems to look closer to it.

    Thank you for this.

I spend hours messing around with Reshade ini files and this has enhanced the look of the game.

With just some tweaking of the Reshade ini file I have the game looking great.

    Ace job.

    Hello there,

Thanks for uploading the mod! Do I still need No Artificial Lighting and Darker Night if I want those effects or the mod already account for those changes?

From your images I do see no artificial light and nights also seem darker than vanilla. I just want to confirm before I delete those from my modlist.

    Thank you so much!

The nights are dark enough IMO with this, darker than vanilla for sure. If you want pitch black then still use darker nights.
