    Don't just drop the mod into your mods folder! There were changes, specifically to menus, in NGE, so do read the readme to get yourself up to date! Not all the tools were update, mod managers included, so you will have to do some things manually!

    Use BUGS sections to report the actual bugs only! Do not post about compilation errors/mod conflicts in the BUGS section!

    Compatibility issues and merging questions are also not bugs. If you have questions and can't figure them out by yourself - feel free to ask them at the Ghost Mods Discord server.

    Please, do not post requests to update my other mods - I am aware and I am working. Here's a google drive folder with all the latest updates - not yet fully tested, so not yet releasing on Nexus to avoid noise in updates.

    If the game updates, always check the google drive folder first - I usually try to do quick updates through it.

    if I want to disable soft lock, should I also disable in Gameplay section of a game Auto center camera setting?

    Mod will render the blinding effect applied by enemies ineffective.

    I have a weird problem since a few days. I can't do a hard lock-on. I thought the mod was responsible for this. But even after removing it cleanly there is still no hard lock on targets. Could this be caused by the mod? Or is it intentional that there is no hard lock?

    Update: I have installed your great combat stance mod, now it works. Really cool gameplay with this mod.👍

    doesnt work for me, script merger does everything automatically but still doesnt work. Game throws error :

      It's not Enhanced Target that cause those errors, but rather you're using an outdated mod on Next Gen 4.04
      Make sure for each mod they confirm to work on 4.04 in the description or mod files, or was updated since 19th July 2023.

      true my game wasnt updated, i was on 4.01 my bad, but my gog lost track of my witcher folder :) thanks for help

    There is three option for pre-set in this mod menu (look at top) where you either pick and adjust those default or use close combat pre-set which I think work best for mobs and at least in the start of this game.

    The default (which is the one that this mod will start with when mod is installed) is not good enough to keep Geralt from rotating around like crazy while fighting more then one foe during light attack. With close combat pre-set it seem to work better at staying at one hostile at a time and change to next when those are in range (close).

    I am right now in the start of game, so it can change what will work better when you have unlocked more abilities from skill points. In general Geralt start with close combat (until he gets ranged weapon at almost the end of main quest).

      I second this. I am playing with a KB&M, and also with combat stance installed. Geralt will attack in one direction not towards any target. What is the solution?

      Did you try one of the toggle options at the setting bottom? I disabled the one for Sign.

    It's noticeable. The targeting is far less random and jumping around. Great mod. :)

    How to know if this is working? I installed it without error but I don't think it's working. Geralt just randomly attacking in any direction even when enemy is close to him. His not soft locking anyone.

    it change the fights, it's a must to have!
    much better combat control, it's really much more fun
