Eventually Dulla kh'Amanni (ofieri merchant at Upper Mill in Velen) got the Demon Sword in his hands and is willing to sell it for a fortune.
Or spawn it with the command: additem('Demon Sword')
Compatibility
No problems since it has been created as a DLC.
