Adds recipes to convert monster mutagens into lesser mutagens of the same colour.

This mod adds recipes to allow you to convert monster mutagens into a lesser mutagen of the same colour by dissolving them with alcohest (it is the universal solvent, after all).
There are recipes for all monster mutagens... though I suspect that only the red ones are useful.
(I only buy the red ones and I wrote the thing :P)
The recipes have been added to the alchemist hiding in the Novigrad Crematorium. He's there in the afternoons, normally.

Modified files are:
def_item_alchemy_recipes_mutagens.xml
def_loot_shops.xml
in both the items and items_plus folders.
