Scouring through nexus mods i found this Fera's Roach mod that removes the FX from the devil saddle among other things. Fera's mod is outdated by years now. changes were made that also removed the buff. i simply just changed the line of code that effected the visuals.

No more mosquitos and Roach's eyes are normal. I updated to the latest 4.03 script file to bring this to next gen.

Note thanks to RickAstley69 for informing me of this mod it also removes the FX but key keeps the white eyes. I think I forgot about that mod. I faintly remember using it in old gen but I had issues with the eyes floating around in cutscenes. I think that's why i stopped using it. I'm trying it out now and hoping i don't get side effect in next gen. In short it's better in a sense that there are no scripts to deal with.
