I think you've already understood a purpose of this mod, so let's get to installation
Installation - NECESSARY TO READ:
This mod won't work without W3EE nor Language Neutral Potions
1. Download W3EE
2. Download(DO NOT INSTALL, JUST DOWNLOAD) Language Neutral Potions
3. Download(DO NOT INSTALL, JUST DOWNLOAD) this mod 
3. Install W3EE following instructions from W3EE page
4. Go to your game directory\mods\modW3EE\content
5. Grab texture.cache file from there and drop it in game directory\mods\modW3EELocalization2\content
6. Go to Language Neutral Potions archive\modW3EEENoPotionLabels\content
7. Grab texture.cache file from there and drop it in game directory\mods\modW3EELocalization1\content
8. Go to W3EEIconsNoLettering archive\modW3EEIconsNoLettering\content
9. Grab texture.cache file from there and drop it in game directory\mods\modW3EE\content
No priorities setup nor merge required

Notes - you won't be harmed if you read the text below, so read, just in case.

If you use other mod, that changes W3EE icons specific(as of right now the only one such exists Witcher 2 Icons), then do the same steps, but on one mod lower(e.g. if we grabbed texture.cache file from modW3EE and dropped it in modW3EELocalization2, then, we need to do the same but in modW3EELocalization3, and so on)

Such horrifying installation instruction was made to make sure that it would work with every mod, because, as practice shows, installing icon-changer mods for W3EE specific(meaning mods that change e.g. look of icons so that icons lettering would match not english, but russian) may not work, because some mods like Brothers In Arms may somehow interrupt icon-changer mod, I don't know how the hell they manage to interrupt icons!, but it is what it is
