      download the file you like
      go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves
      
      paste the file in the gamesaves folder
      
      load the save on game

   I still have to finish the Gwent quest, what does that mean exactly, do I have to win all the games?From the Grandmaster Sorcerer Sets only the tops are in the chest.
   
   And for NG+, it does not work!

      1. you have all gwent card from the beginning, so you have better card when doing gwent quest/playing gwent freely
      2. all grandmaster sets are there, full from top to bottom, including the sword
      3. this save is for new game, you can do NG+ after finishing the main quest
