   i tried this mod and when I used the console to get the armor and weapons the stats looked like normal stats. They were nothing like the picture. i dunno if this needs updating due to recent updates the game may have had or what but right now it does not seem to work

   Does this only work on NG+ ? The stats aren't modded if I start a brand new playthrough

   I install the mod in the Mods folder and I don't see any changes in the game. (I've used the console commands more than once but nothing changes)

   It stopped working after the Ugly Baby quest, once you're in Kaer Morhen. 
   
   P.S: Nvm, i figured it out. Just had to reset load priority after installing a new mod.

   Why is this mod needed? It's easier to enter the "God" command in the console. It will be the same. Moreover, it will be possible to use any armor.
