   С этим модом появилась проблема квен не блокирует урон. Квен тоже получает урон но не препятствует получению урона персонажем что мне делать?
   я ставил мод на 25%

      (I don't speak Russian so I had to use a translator.) This mod only reduces the sign stamina costs, so if you are having any problems with the actual signs like quen its gotta be some other mod you are using!

      It says "NEXT GEN" in the name so yes it works with 4.03 version too!

   For some reason sustained signs like the active Quen shield and Igni flame spray still drain stamina with the 0% version. Is this intentional or a bug?
   
   Nevermind, just now saw the description specify "Base signs". My bad, still a letdown for me personally.

      I don't know what you mean bruh, there is a 0% sign cost version for all signs! (including alt signs)
