Doesn't seem to do anything for me. It's the only mod I have installed. Trying to but the clearance potion from Kiera, but the price is still 1000.
Edit: looks like you have to wait a week or so for the merchant inventory to reset.

  It shouldn't require a new save. If you have another mod that impacts vendors or potions it might not work.
