   i followed the instruction but i still don't get the mod menu in the options
   Any idea why?

      For those who don't have a mod button(My version next gen 4.04):
      If you did everything as in the instructions, you need to add the following. Go to (steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc) open dx11filelist(if you play dx11), dx12filelist(for dx12). 
      Then add AMM.xml; AMMRoach.xml; Like this https://i.imgur.com/qMdDX6h.jpg
      If you did everything as in the instructions, mod button will appear.
