Version 1.4.6
- Fixed Starting Armors requiring higher than lvl 1
Fixed some crafting recipes requiring too many ingredients. Still higher than vanilla, but not by much. All simplistic items such as ingots/leather require much less ingredients now.
Fixed the bosses in HoS dealing overpowered damage
Lowered the amount of stamina regen you get from all trophies which effect that stat.

-- Alt Quen's heal amount has been divided by 6 to prevent massive health regen when blocking attacks from very powerful enemies. - I recommend drinking a clearance potion or using the cleardevelop commands after installing this update. It's the cleanest and most efficient way to prevent weird stuff from happening between mod version updates.
Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to prevent "level up" spamming after drinking the potion/using the command. So if you're a pretty high level, your screen will be spammed with "level up!" until it reaches your actual level. If you find it annoying, you can save immediately after using the command/potion and then load the file you just saved.

Toxicity degeneration rebalanced. It now deteriorates MUCH slower unless you invest into alchemy skills
Potion durations greatly increased (base duration 1min 30 sec)
Each point in the alchemy skills tab increases potion duration by 10%
Some potion's strengths have been nerfed due to their longer durations
Swallow heals faster in combat compared to out-of-combat
Migrated all 20 "basic" skills to the General Skills tab
***All of these skills have had their link slot bonuses removed.
Removed the general perk "To Your Health"
Removed the three Armor School techniques from the General Skills tab.

"Quen Intensity" has 10 ranks. Ranks 5 and 10 each add +1 to the amount of hits quen can take before completely breaking
Igni damage nerfed from 120 to 90
Igni burns again, but burn duration lasts only 1 second
***Burn now deals a LOT more damage to make up for it only lasting 1 second.
Alternate Axii now consumes 75 stamina per second.
Whirl consumes 25 stamina per second, down from 50.
Geralt's selling prices have been GREATLY reduced
Vendor selling prices for alcohol, herbs, and crafting materials have been increased by nearly 300%
ALL crafting recipes now require a lot more materials
Overall monster damage increased by 20%
Overall monster HP increased by 10%
Mutagen slots have level requirements again: 5, 10, 15, 20.
Skill slots are all still unlocked.
Clearing potion has been redesigned and now FULLY resets Geralt. BE SURE TO DRINK ONE AFTER YOU UPDATE!
Certain fistfighters have been given 3x health... Lets just say, these fighters fight like wild animals ;)

- Better Combat Evolved - Quen

Changed descriptions of certain skills to accurately reflect what they do (ENGLISH LOCALIZATION ONLY, SORRY!)
ALL Trophies have been re-worked again, this time they drastically change your combat style. Please check your equipped trophy to ensure you know what it does now!
Player selling prices decreased by 40%
Vendor selling prices increased by 35%
Quest gold rewards doubled for "most" quests
*** These changes were made to encourage questing and discourage farming
Igni no longer burns (Alt Igni still does though), base damage increased from 50 to 125.
Alternate Yrden damage increased from 70 to 90 after rank 1
Quen reworked entirely. Base quen absorbs 50% damage, this percent increases with the Quen Intensity skill and maxes out at 75%.
Quen base duration is 12 seconds, and scales with sign intensity.
Quen delays stamina regeneration for 6 seconds after use.
Quen stamina cost changed to 40
Rank 3 of Quen Intensity causes Quen to last for 2 hits before completely breaking
Rank 5 of Quen Intensity causes Quen to last for 3 hits before completely breaking
Alternate Quen's heal is now based off of your sign intensity and how many skill points you've invested into Quen Intensity
Theoretically Alternate Quen's heal maxes out at around 17% of your max HP
Alternate Quen drains ALL stamina once it is broken
Alternate Quen does NOT detinate the Explosive Quen ability if it is manually disabled by the player.
Alternate Quen drains 50% less stamina at max rank
Explosive Quen has double the radious
Sign perks reverted back to 5% per rank, was 4%
Increased Ekhidna Decoction healing from 1.5% to 2.5%
Removed multipliers for low high and deadly enemies for better ESGO synergy
Reduced the damage of ALL fistfighters by 75%. (I think they've been lacing their gloves with Witcher Kryptonite)
Re-worked human dodge/block rates. They now block less and dodge more (on average)
Modified human armor-type NPCS, so that "light armor" npcs dodge more but block less, and "heavy armor" npcs block more and dodge less
Armored NPCs have a minimum of +25% HP compared to NPCs who are wearing commong clothing/rags.
Dodge/Evade stamina delay changed to 0.2 seconds.
General small number tweaks to various abilities, mostly in the Alchemy skill tree.
Geralt's base critical strike chance lowered from 15% to 5%
Cat once again is not triggered by Side Effects (script was somehow removed a couple versions ago)
This update does NOT require you to drink a clearing potion if you're upgrading from version 1.2.2 (new users still need to drink one though)
Skill points per level have been reverted back to vanilla, as there are way too many factors that can potentially screw up the amount of skill points you have (new/existing saves, mods, ect)
Your current skill point amount will not change, and may (or may not) be slightly off. If you don't care that your Skill point count may be a few point above/below vanilla once you've reached max level, then you can just play normally.
However, if having a slightly different Skillpoint count bothers you, please refer to the stick post in the comments.

*** Armor/Weapon enhancements have been decreased from 15% to 10%, but still last 45 minutes.
*** All enemies have been re-worked through global modifiers ONLY, this was done to prevent some enemies being vastly overpowered, and to also fix enenmies while doing Ciri quests.
*** We are now working very closely with the mod author of Enemy Scaling and Gameplay Overhaul (ESGO) - we strongly recommend that you download it. BCEv2.0's enemies have been tailored to be 100% compatible with ESGO. - Potion of Clearance has been added to every Inn in the game, and it's price has been reduced from 1,000 to 300.
- Food and water healing effect durations have been decreased almost in half, and their healing rates have been increased.
