- Henselt survived your last encounter in W2 Not sure what this does, I think it gets mentioned somewhere that he died later during the war, meaning you did not kill him in W2. I could never bring myself to kill that son of a gun during any of my Witcher 2 playthroughs lol. Probably doesn't do anything at all, so it can't hurt.
It's mentioned by ambasador van Attre in Visima (after you talk with Yen there) - if you killed son of bit*h in TW2 - he will tell that without Henselt Kedwen soldiers had low morale and after 2-3 losed battles they accepted Radowid superiority - If you not killed him - ambasador say he died when Radowid attacked Kedwen and rest is exactly same as above
Please tell me if I can use this mod to change the consequences of my own choices in the Witcher 2 decision simulation? It's just that when answering in the castle in Vyzim, I chose bad answers than I set up some characters against myself and deprived myself of their quests. I haven't reached these characters yet, so I'm looking for a way to let the game know that I made other choices and that it was guided by them. Will it be possible to achieve this with the help of this mod or maybe some console commands or ediе saves? Please please help me with this.
I've already finished Reardon Manor for the Widow, and she's there sweeping, but during my last playthrough I was finding traps everywhere. And met Letho Is it too late to install this?
So I'm interested in this but I just started another new playthrough, been testing mods and finally got a set up I'm mostly happy with. But I was just wondering if you could clarify, since you can simulate your W2 save in the game by default, does this just add extra facts that effect the story or do they only effect the simulated choices to be more fleshed out than the simply simulated version of events? Sorry if that was hard to make sense of I'm not sure how to better word it but I can try if need be xD
I would say that it add the facts in the game. When you complete a quest, it automatically add a fact with a very specific code that really mean the quest was done in the game, which will often have an impact for many other things in the playthrough. It's the same for this mod, so by adding some facts, exemple : FactsSet("import_letho_alive", 1); in player.ws , it will affirm Letho is alive. I have never in my life tried to tell the wrong things to Morvran Voorhis because this game is so huge that it would take dozen of hours to really see what happen. This mod had extra facts that were not obtainable unless you imported a Witcher 2 saves in which the right choices were made.
*POSSIBLE SPOILERS ALERT, there's nothing dramatic here but it could reveal you some informations you didn't about The Witcher 2 if you haven't played to it
My most notable exemples would be : Odrin met, which allow you to meet Odrin for his small appearance in the game.
The mysterious potion is an experimental potion Geralt would've accepted to drink in The Witcher 2, that would allegedly reverse the infertility for a Witcher, it doesn't really change anything in a tangible way but it allow us to find a note in Oxenfurt that tell it would apparently work, which is a very interesting detail to the game, especially for the number of mistresses Geralt conquered in this franchise x)
Geralt Tattoo is for a Blue Stripe Tattoo Geralt has on his neck if you import a Witcher 2 Save, use the debug console to type a specific code that make it appear or use this mod for an extra feeling of immersion. It's a funny drunk story in which the White Wolf got a very spontaneous Tattoo job on his neck in The Witcher 2. I love Restored content and things that come from the previous games.
*POSSIBLE SPOILERS ALERT, You can and should skip this paragraph if you haven't finished the Act II of the Main Story
Letho alive is a bit self explanatory but it bring back Letho in The Witcher 3, so it add an extra outcome of a certain quest and add another one! It also add a new companion for the Battle of Kaer Morhen.
Igutskii Mentionned he met an elf who came from Brokilon in The Witcher 2, so I'm glad to see this detail also work well.
I hope my explanations helped you to understand what this mod does, have a nice day :)

FactsSet("import_geralt_rescued_triss", 1); would be the line that trigger this, I'm surprised to hear it doesn't work

So yep, no big diffrerences
