I installed this mod and today, - I don't know if it was from me uninstalling "new torch fx" and the patched version of "Natural Light" (compatible with new torch fx) - and for the first time it worked. Maybe just coincidence...
Now I installed again the ones I had previously unistalled plus other mods and again I can't cast Yrden. Geralt does the action and noting happens. I ran mods through script merger, resolved all it's conflicts; the game works as intended but yrden just doesn't work again.
Edit: Just Tried again uninstalling ""New Torch FX" and the patched version of "Natural Light" (compatible with new torch fx) and Extended Yrden refuses to work. So, nothing to do with my previous assumption concerning the mods mentioned above.
It seems that you probably messed up with something. Do you use The Witcher 3 Mod Manager for installing mods? Did you try to uninstall the mod to check if yrden works without it?
So, I might've found out the issue. And as it's usually the case: probably fault on the user and not the mod it self.
I might've done 1 of 2, or even both mistakes:
- Not deleting previous "Merged Files Folder" once I added more mods and re-merging everything from stack zero. -(And or) wrong selection made on the "script merger" process when mod "spell tomes" (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/8763) or maybe "Additional Alchemy" (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3793?tab=files) "interacted" with THIS mod.
SO, even if my conclusion is incorrect, my recommendation on newbies like me: "Always re-merge from stack zero" and try to learn wich scripts interact and conflict with.
what is that awful buzzing noise when i have quen on me its so annoying, since u have quen active pretty often and its just distracting. if you are not in combat it totally ruins everything you are doing im guessing its from this mod, if not im sorry. if it is then , bro can you please tell me how to deactivate that? thank you
ok i havent played in 9 years. i thought it was from this mod cause i seriously dont understand why as a dev you would put such an annoying uneccessary sound in it, but i guess theres a lot of questionable decisions, thats why we re here! sorry then for the accusation and thank you for the mod
Is there a way to make this compatible with Lightsource Yrden And Igni, the game functions fine with both but none of the effects from the other mod change the lighting of this one?
Amazing mod! But could you perhaps offer 2 seperate downloads for Quen and Yrden for more flexibility? I would like to use two different quen mods and your Yrden mod together and i fear merging them might create a mess. Only if it isn't too much work :P Edit: After a few errors I successfully merged them. Simply added this mod last and then and whenever there was a conflict i chose to merge all lines from B (not this mod) in one go through the menu. Works perfect.
Hey, Great mod, but i have small issue. When i enter the game i see notification about default seeting loading in the mod. I change it manually to my preferancess but when i start play and exit to menu the default settings load again. Any ideas how to change it?
P.S. sorry if there is wrong words, not my native languege

Can someone shed a light?
Probably messed up and can't trace my steps back...
Without the mod, Yrden works just fine...
Only use Mod Manager to set Load Order, and I prefer to install manually.

however i noticed this mod and that mod edits the same functions on Yrden and Quen.
is it possible to have a version of this mod compatible with Gameplay Manager mod (by DankRafft) ?
