Is the first picture supposed to represent how the swords aught to look? The steel sword in that image is clearly modded, the absence of the golden "smiley face" most notable. Yet thats not what the sword in the second picture looks like, and in a previous comment you say the smiley face should be there. I'm just trying to figure out if that picture is just for the thumbnail or if its really supposed to look like that and the mod just isn't working for me.
This "Smiley face" is Renfri's brooch and as far as I know, Geralt didn't have it at the beginning, he attached it later, but I don't have any idea why mod author used such thumbnail since he clearly didn't change in game model of the sword, he probably just used the first picture he saw or something like that.
If on version 1.32 you have an empty scabbard, the game simply has nowhere to get model swords, install an additional mod to add content from the next gen update to the game. https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7931
Tried loading the mod before I got Aerondight, just with the Toussaint blade, and it switches the steel blade to the Witcher lost silver. Quirky -- but still better looking than those Toussaint blades! XD Thanks for the mod!
