Can you make a friendly mode mod In friendly mode monsters and bandits won't attack you . There is a mod called Go Anywhere that does this but he is no longer valid, I want a mod that will work on (Next-Gen)
Not sure which mod version you guys are using but I have Friendly Wolves running alongside Brutal Blood just fine. Are you sure you've added brutalblood.xml to the dx11/12 filelists in your user config matrix folders?
Keep in mind that the author did not update his mod for the Next-Gen Update yet. While testing for compatibilty, I've noticed several changes that have been introduced with 4.00 that he did not apply to his files. This may lead to changes from the Next-Gen Update being reverted back to 1.31 and/or possibly unintended behavior, bugs or glitches.

The quest now spawns hostile enemies instead of neutral ones when used in conjunction with "Neutral Dogs" mod
The wolves came into the cave but can't attack them and the werewolf doesn't come either.
